Laura Hillier, an exceptional student at Nelson High School in Nelson, Ontario, Canada, was first diagnosed with leukaemia at the age of 13. After four cancer-free years, the disease tragically returned and took Laura’s life on January 20, 2016.

Laura had a deep passion for music and drama, which was evident to everyone at school. Although Laura received her Year 12 yearbook before her death, her loved ones felt that her farewell would capture the essence of a yearbook tribute.
