However, the new owner drew up an action plan in advance and, in just two years, transformed the dacha into a house that could easily have made the cover of an architecture magazine. The man also filmed the entire reconstruction process on video, describing each stage of the work in detail and roughly calculating the costs. Initially, the man liked the old dacha for its convenient location and large plot.
A country road that passes not far from the house leads to the highway, but the noise of cars is not heard here. It took a while to clear the site, everything was overgrown with bushes and even small trees. When the renovation started, the house had nothing but clean walls.

But buying it was still a good idea: a house in this condition costs much more.
