This man secretly planted thousands of trees in tribute to his late wife after discovering the aerial photographs

For many of us, love is a real mystery. This feeling that binds us to a person sometimes makes us do incredible, unthinkable and absurd things. Moreover, the quote from Jean Cocteau resonates in each of us: “It must be said that love does not exist, there are only proofs of love.

In the animal kingdom, as in the human kingdom, proof of love is an integral part of a couple’s relationship. In fact, it’s a concrete and permanent way to express your love to another, because when „I love you“ evaporates in the air as quickly as it was said, the proof of love rest.
The circle of life means that each of us has a beginning and an end. However, it is often very difficult to let go of the people we love, and even more so when it comes to a spouse. Although it was difficult for this husband to mourn his wife, he found a unique way to honor her memory.

Janet and Winston Howes were the perfect couple to pull it all off. It was love at first sight, then marriage in 1962. They ended up settling in a beautiful farmhouse in Gloucestershire, England, and started a family.
With a son, a beautiful home, and a thriving estate, the House family lives in peace.
However, after 30 years of marriage, Janet, who suffered from heart problems, died at the age of 50. She left behind a loving son and husband who couldn’t live without her.

In an attempt to heal the wounds caused by such bereavement, Winston decided to honor his wife. Even if he couldn’t bring his wife back, he wanted her.
So he started working on a place near his home that was Janet’s favorite place. Winston wanted to create a place where he and his son could be together on tough days. He finished his project, but it wasn’t until 17 years later that a pilot discovered Winston’s tribute. The pilot, Andy Collet, saw from the sky a huge heart hidden in the forest. The heart was made up of thousands of trees.
