The friendship between two different species always amazes us and proves that animals are very kind and unique creatures even when they live in the wild.
Shedrick Wildlife volunteers the baby elephant Jotto who got a second chance at life there. When he was brought in, he was just a one-month-old baby. Shortly after Jotto, sanctuary workers found two ostrich chicks named Pea and Pod. Then they went to live in the Prak Nation of Nairobi.
Pea and Jotto discovered that they were very good friends and started their best relationship there. They played with each other a lot and cared about each other. Often the staff noticed them cuddling and even sleeping together.
One day, when they are strong and bigger enough, they will continue their friendship in the wild.
